In systemupdates, tap in the top right corner on the refresh button, maybe even 5-10 times.
The updates should pop up then.

Thanx for the tip! I restarted my phone, was then able to see an update under the Updates button, downloaded 3.1.3 and now my Camera zooms in. Great!
