Fairphone 5 wont turn on after trying to install lineage

it wont turn on, doesnt show charging screen while off, cant be turned on into fastboot, doesnt show up on adb

i am not the most tech savy person and dont know what to do from there, i think it might be hard bricked, tho i made sure all the software i used was up to date

anyway, i got failed to write to file unknown error and it wont boot up
any way a proffessional could unfuck it?

It sounds like you should contactsupport :grimacing:

If the device is not visible by fastboot or adb you can test to see if a Qualcomm device shows up with lsusb, something like Qualcomm, Inc. Wireless Modem (QDL mode)

If you don’t see anything, then your last option is customer service
