Fairphone 5 What spare part is the microphone 1 (bottom) located

Hello Fairphone Forum,

My Fairphone 5’s bottom microphone (Mic 1) no longer works. Could someone tell me which spare part contains this microphone? Is it part of the speaker module, or is it integrated into the core module?

Unfortunately, the troubleshooting page can’t identify the correct part for me because my IMEI belongs to a refurbished device:

“The product you have selected does not match the IMEI/serial number you have entered. Please revert back to the troubleshooting section and choose the correct product. If you are unable to determine which product you have or you have installed a different operating system, reach out to our Customer Support Team.
Product IMEI belongs to: FP5 Refurbished”

Thank you in advance.

The microphone is part of the core module, which unfortunately is the only part you cannot replace yourself. You have to send it to them for repair, which takes ~2 weeks and they will factory-reset your phone when they send it back to you. If your FP5 still has a warranty, that should cover it, unless they determine it wasn’t their fault (for example, water damage). If you bought it refurbished tho, you might not have the warranty.

https://support.fairphone.com/hc/en-us/articles/17750098804370-Fairphone-5-Repair-price-list-and-FAQ-Cordon-repair-center here you can see that the microphone is listed as being a part of the motherboard core module, and the prices if no warranty.
