On my Fairphone 5, my selfie camera suddenly became a bit blurred, like somekind of a filter. I tried 2 times to change to camera and use OpenCamera but it stays. No updates fixed this issue.
Has anyone encountered this ?

are you on FP OS? Could you run a troubleshooting test via MyFairphone App?
Yes I use the FP OS. And when starting the troubleshooting app and check fail on the first step, I am redirected to a form to send to support.

not 100% sure what you mean - but if the camera fails via troubleshooting contacting the support does seem like the best option,
I have just run it via self-repair portal and it was possible to generate a shipping label to request a repair. Unfortunately it is not (yet) possible to request a spare part via the portal.
If you have some Angels in your vicinity, you may try asking them for help, and potentially checking whether swapping a selfie camera would not solve it.
If you want to have it done via warranty, contacting the support is the only way.
After investigating again last night, it seems that the glass in front of the camera is broken : when I look into this little hole without the camera and the blurring can be seen. I think by changing the entire screen, my issue will be fixed.
