Hi, after searching some reviews about the protection case, I found this disturbing (and a bit funny) video about ‘avoid buying the Fairphone 5 Protective Case’.
I wanted to thank yall for sharing your experience, testing results and alternatives here.
It helped me not to buy two faulty casing (we bought two FP5’s), which don’t work. 
It’s a shame that they sell this, not presenting quality and it doesn’t fit the fairphone philosophy… 
However, time to give some back, so I tested these two for a month now:
- Tudia Fairphone 5 Hoesje MergeGrip
- Cazy Soft TPU Hoesje geschikt voor Fairphone 5 - Transparant
I bought the “Tudia Fairphone 5 Hoesje MergeGrip” for € 24,95 and the quality and protection is as described here before, outstanding, really good design, durable and detailed finishing. Good protection 
I bought the "Cazy Soft TPU Hoesje geschikt voor Fairphone 5 - Transparant " for € 11,95
Transparent because I ordered one phone with the blue color (still happy with the choice) and wanted to show it, so I decided to try a Transparant case but I didn’t find reviews yet: Also good protection, a bit less sturdy and a bit thinner than the Tudia MergeGrip case, but its a tight fit, good detailed openings and its still transparent (not yellow/brownish), so a good transparent alternative.
