I got a new Fairphone 5 e/OS recently, and it’s working okay except that I cant get mobile data to work. I’ve gone through the troubleshooting guides, and even changed provider to try a completely new sim, to no avail. It just tells me “no connection”. Can anyone suggest what I should try next?
Which provider in which country are you now using?

Whatever it is, most likely @Nerien you have to check and correct the APN… so check your providers infos for that

I’m in the UK. Was using ID Mobile, now using spusu.
This was one of the steps in one of the troubleshooting guides so I already did this ![]()

What about the network reset in Androids reset options? Already done, too?
