Hi,
I have my FP4 for a couple of years now. A couple of days back it started to shut off and on automatically when the battery was still sufficient. then for the next 3 days it was fine. Now this morning my phone shut off again and doesn’t go back on anymore. I did everything, like putting it to charge (although it was still 90% full), factory restart etc. but it doesn’t react to anything.
Does anyone have experience with this? I’m only asking mostly because im currently in Japan and its a weekendday so i cannot reach Fairhpone’s support and won’t be able to send my phone to the factory atm.
I did recently (about 3/4 weeks ago) buy a new battery. But I don’t think that’s the problem.
