My FP4 has been stuck in a boot loop in early May. Aside from being able to turn the phone off from the recovery menu, I can’t do anything with it.
My phone hasn’t suffered any damage so unsure why this has occurred. Tried replacing the battery and removing the sim with no success. I’ve looked up the issue on the support forum but the bootloader is locked so not a lot I can do as far as I can see.
Fairphone’s support is seemingly non existent. I’ve had this phone for a little over two years and am still inside the extended warranty but as I’ve not managed to speak to anyone this is of little help currently. I raised a request with them on 09/05 and received an automated response but nothing since. I also received no response from the live chat and now that is no longer available.
I am in the UK and wondered if anyone had any experience of getting support from a Sky shop for their Fairphone? I bought my FP4 brand new from the the FP website.
OS is FP4.TP2R.C.0132 and on Android 13.
