Fairphone 4 resets during Boot Also when in recovery

After haven not using my Fairphone 4 for about 3 days it randomly crashed when i turned it back on and is now Stuck in a boot loop.
It starts (vibrates) screen turns on showing the Fairphone Logo and then randomly resets after a few seconds, sometimes showing the blue dots sometimes resetting before then.

I cannot get into volume up/down menues as even when it flashes those on screen it will reset on the recovery screen too fast for me to even read the text.

Attaching it to a computer does not have it show up at all.

Anyone got any ideas on what do do?

(Already took out Sim/SD Cards, not change; took apart all the modules and put them back together)

Problems really sound weird.
Still as a last resort you might try a factory reset, although for me it’s not clear from the description if recovery (“reset on the recovery screen”?) or fastboot mode work.
