I experienced random reboot of the phone since around 2 months. I already open a request for support on the 13th of June 2025 but I did not have any feedback since then!
Last week I could barely use my phone as I experienced >40 reboots per day, sometimes was restarting, sometimes was even turing off, I tried to use the Find & fix an issue yourself but it lead me to the fact that I had to reboot my phone on factory mode and copy all my data (which I could not do as it was constantly restarting).
This night it turned off and I am unable to turn it on. The battery is charged.
I opened a ticket but I am not in touch with a real agent…
What do you think I should do?
My phone is still on warranty, do you think it will work?

My fairphone 4 may have the same problem. I opened a ticket last week and have not been contact since then. I didn’t try to contact support neither. I Start using the “find & fix an issue myself”. At this point I have to back up my data and perform a Factory reset (testing a “battery drain fast” issue), and test a different SIM card (testing “Fairphone reboot randomly”).
Speaking to a human from fairphone support helped you ?
