I live in East Asia and bought a FP4 in 2023 from an online shopping site in Taiwan. At the time I also saw a local telecom selling the FP4 and assumed it was common since much of the manufacturing and assembly happens in Taiwan and China.
I now need to replace part of my phone and can’t find anywhere selling the phone, let alone parts. (I found one listing for a new FP4, but that defeats the point of having a repairable phone.) On the official website the only resellers listed are in Europe and the US. Are there any resellers or online retailers selling Fairphone parts in Japan, China, Korea, Taiwan, or Singapore?
You might want to give vireo.de a try. They are labeled as shipping worldwide (although I did hear that some countries are exempt). While their website is in German, they do correspond in English with international customers (you might can try kundenservice@vireo.de and/or info@vireo.de).

Wow, Palcom was the ticket. Had to navigate the website in Chinese but I was able to buy just the FP4 part I need and have it shipped. I’ve never heard of this site before - I checked Alibaba, Momoshop tw, Shopee and a few different telecoms. Thanks!!
