Fairphone 4 NFC suddenly not function

My fairphone4 NFC part suddenly not working and I have done self check also fail.
Which module can I buy to replace ?
Please advise and thanks
(remark: I lost the invoice from reseller)

Best is you contact the reseller, warranty cases go through them and they should have a copy.

Welcome to the community :wave:

The NFC antenna is part of the back cover, have you checked if your cover is fully snapped on.
If you have some cleaning alcohol, turn the phone off and clean the copper contacts on the cover inside / the pins that connect to the back cover.

Hi,

I clean with alcohol on two gold contact pin inside and it works again.
