My FP 4 is not charging. I already have a new battery and USB port.
What can I do
How many chargers and cables have you tested?
The charger and cable is working on my FP 3
Is the phone booting correctly? Are all other functions OK? Loudspeaker in particular?
Since you have a new USB port it’s unlikely to be dirty.
There may be a problem with the contacts.
Check that the connector is properly seated (step 10 in the iFixit USB replacement guide).
The phone is booting normal I very carefully cleaned the contacts when I switched the port
I’d still give a try to another charger. There might be slight issues that allow it to work with one phone while being buggy on another.

Perhaps there is a Fairphone Angel in your neighbourhood who has a Fairphone 4 to test your phone.

It is. I checked twice and it’s already the 3rd port 
Could it be that your battery is faulty?
or even more, different cables. Those USB-C plugs and sockets are not as well designed as they could be (don’t get me started) and it’s possible for a cable to work with one phone but not another.
Did you have similar problems with the previous USB connectors?
The previous on had at the end the same problem. It stopped charging. Before there was the typical with the USB port
