Dear friends, I made a superficial mistake. After flashing LineageOS on my Fairphone 4, due to my aging and declining memory, I stupidly relocked the bootloader with a non-official image, committing a big no-no in flashing ROMs. I tried to restore the official ROM using Qualcomm 9008 mode but failed. Is there anyone who has been in a similar situation and managed to resolve it by themselves without resorting to returning it for repair?
When the bootloader is locked and you cant unlock it, only Fairphone can help you. Costs approx 50€

Thank you, you are absolutely right. On the other hand, except for Fairphone, it seems that no one can currently provide a valid edl-loader, which I find very regrettable.
well this has been discussed many times in length and it is as it is. If you wan to add your voice, kindly do it here in the latest discussion around this. My 2 cents: FP will never publish this officially, no matter how many people would like to have it.
