Fairphone 4 display with cracks

Hello all,

I just purchased and installed a new Fairphone display for my FP4. The original display was fractured at the top because I dropped it.

I’d be willing to ship the old display anywhere if someone wants it for spare parts. It’s still fully functional. I only ask that you pay for shipping. I am shipping from Denmark.

Be aware, that cross-border shipment of batteries outside a phone is virtually impossible for individuals.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Just to note I have used clear nail varnish on cracked screens, to keep out moisture and dust, help hold it together and provide a smooth surface.

You may want to try that and keep it yourself as a spare, who knows when the next time you are going to drop it and you will have a working phone in ten minutes. Next time the break may be serious enought that you won’t be able to use the phone
