I have a fairphone 3 Android 13 since 2020 and my back camera is not working anymore. I already changed it 2 years ago. I have already cleared the storage and cache. When I click on the app icon of the camera it doesn’t even open and when I try to take a picture I get this error message (annexed). The camera is not sold anymore in on the fairphone website… can someone help me ? Thank you in advance.
Using the telephone app, you can dial * # * # 6 6 # * # * to access the built-in hardware tests. A “Manu” button should allow you to access them individually, so you can use it to check if there is a hardware issue with the rear camera (this only works in Fairphone’s own Android OS, not in custom ROMs like /e/OS or CalyxOS or IodéOS).
You can also enter 
Safe Mode to narrow down whether it is a software or hardware issue.
