I have a similar problem with FP2. My voice can get dull/lower during call if I do not use earphones+mic. It is clearly not a hardware problem since a restart helps and the voice is loud and clear again.

I opened your own topic for you because we have seperate Help categories for the different Fairphones here to avoid confusion.
In that case, your bottom module is probably broken and needs to be exchanged. If your phone is less than 2 years old, you can get one for free if you contact the support.

I have changed bottom modules several times, when the mic starts to send a scraping sound and ends by not working at all. But this is different from these previous problems. How can it be a hardware problem when it is solved by a reboot?
