Hi, I’ve been having some issues with the mic on and turning off my Fairbuds XL. Sometimes when I call people (not every time) I sound really faint or they can’t hear me at all. I played around with them this week (and updated my Fairphone 6/e/os) and my mic went back to normal for a few days after I turned off noise cancelling. However, I called someone a couple of days ago and I sounded really faint again. I restarted my phone, turned my headphones on and off and made sure noise cancelling was off, but it didn’t work. When I’ve been out and they have worked, my mum often still can’t hear me because the headphones pick up noise from small winds. Could the mic be faulty? I got them at Christmas so they are fairly new. there anything I should try?
Today, my headphones won’t turn off at all, no matter how long I press the button. The light keeps flashing with Bluetooth. I’ve given the button a wiggle to see if it is stuck but it didn’t help. Any advice?
