I’ve had this issue 2 times with 2 boxes of Fairbuds which is a shame. I wonder if i’m the only one.
I don’t drop them and don’t store them in a bag or box where they are wrecked by heavy objects… obviously.
I bought my first pair in 2024 and after a few months of use one of the miniature hinges got out of its lodging, making the lid badly behave. I asked for a refund.
Now with this new pair, after almost 2 years, I am having exactly the same problem again.
Is this a known/common problem?
ps: I use them almost everyday.
