You are talking about an issue tracking system (like JIRA or Mantis) where each issue has its own ticket with its own state and comments.
I do absolutely support that! It doesnât necessarily have to be in a state where everyone can register and create tickets (like it is e.g. with Bohemia Interactiveâs âFeedback Trackerâ, as they call it), but if everyone would have read-only rights, it would definitely be a big step towards transparency.
