Network and Internet/calls and sms.
and
Settings/Network and Internet/SIMSs. Shows as CARD 1 is active (physical sim), Nothing is showing in DOWNLOADED SIM.

The fact that no numer is seen might be caused by transferring a SIM from another provider as far as I remember.

So in my screenshot above are 2 details showing the SIM status, under both you dont see something?
