Duplicated WhatsApp folder

I found a strange issue related to WhatsApp.
Using a file manager app i can see two WhatsApp folders, one is “WhatsApp” and other is “Whatsapp” with an “a” lowercase.

The content of both folder are the same. If I delete a file in one folder, this is reflected in the other one.

I would like to resolve this issue in order to use a duplicated files searcher app. Due to this doubled whatsapp folder, the searcher app find a great quantity of duplicated files that are not really double.

Anyone knows how to fix this issue?
