Danke für die Idee.
Das LTE und WiFi-Call habe ich ausgeschaltet, dann das Handy neu gestartet und dann wie im Bild ersichtlich, sowohl den Cache als auch den Speicher gelöscht.

  2. Speicherinhalt löschen

Nochmaliger Neustart des Fairphone 3+

Danach hat es zum Glück wieder funktioniert und ich sehe welches Gerät (welche Person) mich anruft und kann auch auf die Nummer zurückrufen.

I turned off the LTE  and WiFi call, then restarted the phone and then cleared both the cache and memory as seen in the picture.
Update Clear Cache OK
Update Clear Memory OK

Restart Phone again

After that, fortunately, it worked again and I can see which device (which person) is calling me and I can also call back to the number.
