My fairbuds app does not connect with iPhone or iPad, although I can see that it connects with through bluetooth. In the app on my iPhone, I get the message “Can’t find the device, make sure it’s paired to you iPhone”. The app on my iPad stops even before the search for connection after I select the device Fairbuds.
The app connects, but it’s glitchy. Couple things you can try; keep the Fairbuds in their case but keep the lid open. For some reason that seems to be the best way to connect for updates.
Second thing, go into iOS Bluetooth settings and see what is connected. When I first got my Fairbuds there were two Fairbuds devices connected. I disconnected one of them and that seemed to help the app recognize that it is connected.
Mine still do not connect to the app 100% of the time even though they are connected to my phone. It’s been some time now and I’m still waiting on a firmware update that will fix this and the issues with calls.
