Default storage on SD card + default app installation on SD card

Could anyone tell me - on Fairphone 2:

How can I set the default storage to the SD card?
How can I set the default installation of apps to the SD card?

  • It seems the default storage just is the SD card, right?
  • What about the default app installation location?

On FP2 you don’t have writing permission for the SD card by default. Please check this thread for more info.
