My Fairbuds XL started to make a very loud crackling noise whenever I move the left earpiece. This only happens when noise cancelling is activated.
Any idea what could cause it and how to fix it?
Maybe there’s dust or debris that’s near the ANC mic in the left unit? I had some success before by removing the cover, inspecting and then replacing the cover: one time finding a tiny thread touching the mic, and another time I didn’t find anything but thought it improved afterwards.
Otherwise it seems to have been reported a few times before, there’s at least one other recent thread where users are waiting to hear back from support.
I saw that thread and tried it as well, but no luck
