I bought some brandnew Rode Wireless Go II microphones.
When I connect the receiver with my Fairphone 5 via an Rode SC16 USB-C to USB-C cable and make a Video, it works. BUT the sound is really really quiet. I changed the settings in my receiver and my microphones to the loudest possibility but the problem still exists.
Has anyone the same problem and can help me to fix it?

I have a very similar problem. Whenever I record a video the mic audio is very low. I thought it was the internal microphone so bought a Sennheiser USB-C microphone but the problem persists.
I tried a Microphone amplifier app and it was able to record louder sound, unfortunately I can only record this sound in the amplifier app which is no good for when I am recording videos.
So my guess is there is some setting inside android or the fairphone that is purposely limiting the volume of the mic.
