Hi, (this is my first post, apologies if this is not appropriate…!)
As you’ll know, there is a “charging mode” setting in FP5 and you can choose that to be “eco charge” or “fast charge”. I want this to be in “eco charge” most of the time when I charge overnight, but sometimes I need a “fast charge” during the day. My problem is that I forget to set it back to “eco charge” and it usually takes a few weeks before I realise this (and in the meantime my night-time charges have unnecessarily been fast charges).
Because there are some other things I forget to reset on my phone (e.g. disconnect bluetooth headset, reset volume/unmute), I have installed the Tasker app which you can use to control and time all sorts of kinds of settings on Android, and I’m using it successfully to do those reset tasks each night). Now, I would like to control the Fairphone “Charge mode” setting using Tasker too Does anyone know how to do this? What is the name of this variable on the back-end of Fairphone-Android?
(I have tried to use Tasker’s auto-detect function (Add Action → Settings → Custom Setting → click magnifying glass → Find) where you tell Tasker to watch for any setting changes, then you change the setting in your settings app, and then you go back to Tasker and it finds what the setting is that you’ve changed… but Tasker doesn’t find it.)
Any hints would be welcome!
