I have an account on https://www.fairphone.com. Now I want to change the email address in this account. However, when I log in, I can change all my personal information under “Account Information”. The only exception is my email address (the field is gray). Is there any possibility to change the email address?
Try if you can change it by changing your “Address Book” entries. In my Account Information, I cannot change my email address either, but the Address Book seems to be the way around this hurdle Sorry, doesn’t work.

In this case I guess contacting support would be the next move, perhaps they have a procedure in place for this … https://support.fairphone.com/hc/en-us
