Change default search engine

You can get the search selection screen back with adb if you want…

$ adb shell settings delete secure selected_search_engine
$ adb shell pm enable com.google.android.apps.setupwizard.searchselector
$ adb reboot

…but there’s not an easy way to do it with GUI tools, as far as I know
