I’ve reported this half a year ago to support. I’ve received many of these reset your phone and try if it wasn’t already fixed. I told them I’m in no way resetting to factory, but I tried reinstalling the app and clearing cache. There was never any positive change. I try it after every update of the app. Seems like they’re really shi**ing on this.
The app is kind of beta still, however they are working on it… So they should know about issues, even if currently nothing can be done…else just dont use it…and the point overall was: we the forum/user cant help much here
