can't sign up for fairphone account

Hi,

I can’t sign up to get a fairphone account. On the signup page, after inserting my email and a password, it keeps telling me “Something went wrong, please try again later”.

Can this be fixed ? Thanks

I just created an account for this forum. Now, trying to log in on my fairphone app it does not work.
Anyone know if it is supposed to be another account for that?
When trying to use the same account info I get the message “something went wrong”
