Cameras Apps from e/OS and Fairphone

Hey there!

After the last update to e/OS 3.3 I had some issues workflow with some apps…

I was taken some pictures with ‘Camera App’ version 1.53.1 , i suppose this one is provided by e/OS Murena. Everything seems okay, the pictures appeared in the ‘Gallery App’. After that I tested the ‘Camera App’ version v8.01.01.0009.5.0, i guess provided by Fairphone, and none of the pictures seems to appear anywhere. None where in Gallery either store default (images/camera). Since this apps are ‘system apps’ i cannot uninstall or install one, or do anyone has any idea how can I fix this problem?

Check in the settings of the ‘Camera App’ version v8.01.01.0009.5.0 where the pictures are stored.

Have you checked the DCIM folder?

According to the pre-fixed set-up “Storage: internal storage” . I checked Storage,Images, Camera and there is nothing. I also, when take pictures, the preview appears next to the pusher button as regular android camera app, but when i click appear only the last picture taken from the other app.

Is there an app Files? Check there for the folder DCIM.
