Camera can't connect - Support is not responding at all

Dear all,

4 months after I’ve bought my FP2 the camera stopped to work. Front cam is OK, but the rear one is not working anymore. “Can’t connect camera…”

I’ve tried everything, reassambling, softwareupdate, etc. - no positive result.

I’ve informed SUPPORT as well but beside the ticket number and an advise to check my software there is nothing from them. They also ignore my reminders. It’s been like that for almost four weeks now.

Any idea what to do?


Call them.

That’s what I tried as well, several times.

I’m not based in Europe, thus, it’s quite difficult to call them. Why is a company with an “online-support-ticketing-system” not able to respond to E-Mails and “support-tickets”?
