I recently switched to a Fairphone 6 /e/Murena; before that, I had an iPhone.
I was looking for a way to synchronise my Apple calendar (Mac and iPhone) with the Murena calendar, without having to recreate all the calendars – as most of them are shared with my family. I tried using Disroot (very laborious and imperfect) and Google Calendar. However, with all these set-ups, either it was impossible to make changes in either direction, or I had to recreate each calendar individually, or ask my family and friends to switch systems. Then I came across DAVx, an open-source app available for under 10 euros. It’s easy to install, and the Apple calendar and contacts synchronise perfectly with the Murena system – in both directions – whilst retaining the shared calendars!
Thank you, DAVx!
