When I use the app MyNexuzHealth from the Belgium hospitals I can’t log out.

I can’t swipe the page up, I can’t make the page smaller.
This behaviour is since the update to Android 15
A few spontaneous ideas for potential workarounds:
Changing language, playing with screen rotation, switching to gesture navigation

Yes, rotate the screen makes it possible to log out.

Just as an additional explanation: If I remember correctly what a colleague at work told me, with Android 15 there was a change about handling the background around those buttons. It is now up to the individual apps to handle it, so maybe tell the app developers about it, if you can / want to. :-)(Please someone correct me if I remembered the conversation wrongly).
