Bluetooth/GPS problem

I bought an FP3 second-hand. It actually works very well. But there is one problem.

The Bluetooth connection only works over a very short connection (maximum approx. 50cm). I also have the feeling that the GPS reception is not so good.

Could it be that there is a problem with the antenna? How could this be fixed?
