Most of the time my bluetooth connection is fine, but if, e.g. a message comes in then it sometimes cuts off. It also randomly just stops and somehow even goes into do not disturb, so cannot hear anything on my wireless earbuds. I have to try and figure out what the problem is. This also happens with my car bluetooth connection. It just stops connecting. Difficult to sort out when driving.
Those are the earbuds by Fairphone? Have you tried checking whether there’s a firmware update for them?
Thanks. No they are not fairbuds. The Bluetooth sometimes disconnects when a message comes in. This also happens with the car Bluetooth.
