Hello everyone,
I’m experiencing an issue with the Bluetooth functionality on my Fairphone and I’m hoping someone here might have some insights or suggestions.
Issue Description: The Bluetooth audio cuts off when I turn off my headphones that were connected to the phone. Here’s how the problem can be reproduced:
- The headphones power on and automatically connect to the phone.
- I listen to music, watch videos, or use any audio application.
- I turn off my headphones.
- The audio stops by itself.
- The main problem: When I try to resume playback, it doesn’t restart, regardless of the application I’m using.
Current Workaround: To resolve this issue temporarily, I have to turn off Bluetooth in the phone’s settings and then turn it back on.
Additional Information:
- My headphones are Jabra Elite 85h, which use Bluetooth 5.0.
- I haven’t tested this with other Bluetooth devices yet, but I can do so if needed.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, were you able to find a permanent solution? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
