We have a fairphone 5 and the battery is really quick empty. And also when everything is on plane mode than it still only works for a couple of hours. Also loading the battery is not quick. And when we are loading it there is some kind of electric leaking on to the on/off button. We can touch the button but we feel electric shocks. I emailed 2 months ago and no answer and also try the chat 2 days in a row and also no answer. Can someone help us?
