Basic questions; emoji's, and losing vibrate notifications!

Hi, just got my new Fairphone! but struggling with:

I can’t find emojis when on Instagram or Facebook - where are they??!!….

I thought I had turned off vibrate on the notifications settings, but the phone still vibrates with calls, messages etc coming through - what can I do please?

Long tap the return key on the standard virtual keyboard. Then select the smiley to switch to the emoji keyboard.

Thanks, it hasn’t helped TBH - still vibrating when I don’t want it too!! but thanks for trying to help!!!
