Is there someone with another possible solution or place I can go to, or should i just buy a new phone? I cannot even use Spotify anymore without wifi. Any help is appreciated!
The so-called factory reset doesnât touch the installed OS and canât fix any OS parts possibly gone bad, it only resets any user-related stuff (data, Apps, settings), so âŚ
Since the factory reset didnât help, it may be a part of the OS having a problem, in which case an OS install from scratch should fix it, as suggested, even if undesirable.

I have the same problem with my FP3 build 6.A.030.0.
The problem only occurs in apps. For instance the NS reisplanner (Dutch railway timetable) sometimes doesnât respond. When I start the planner in Firefox (my default browser) everything works fine. Same with the Volkskrant app and the website.
I have the idea that something goes wrong in the interface between the app and the browser. But I have no idea how to resolve this annoying problem. Is happens now and then, not predictable.
Which suggestions given in this topic did you already try?
I gave my phone a factory reset, but no difference.
So are you using an SD card?
Did you restore a backup after the factory reset or reinstall everything from scratch?
Did you try to only install the affected apps after the factory reset or the entire app suite youâd installed before?

No, I do not use a SD-card. I restored the entire backup after the reset.
Could be that in this case you also ârestoredâ the root cause of the problem (although I can fully understand that you avoid reinstalling everything from scratchâŚ).
