Strange screen issue

Last week I broke and replaced my FP2 screen (here the full story). The new screen is working fine, but I have a strange issue happening that I never had before. From time to time (I am looking for a pattern but I have not found one yet), my screen gets all blurred and dotted (see pictures), it stays like this for a couple of seconds and then goes back to normal. It is not a huge issue, it is just an unexpected behavior, but I would like to solve it and, especially, to know if it is a symptom…

FP2 running very slowly

My FP2 (now about 2 years old) is running very slowly. This has been happening for a few months. It often freezes and becomes unresponsive, then 10-20 seconds later it suddently responds. I often get Android error messages telling me that “[App Name] isn’t responding: Close app / Wait / Send feedback”. Usually those messages appear just when the app finally starts to respond! Nothing “fixed” it for me, but some changes may improve your experience. Nowadays, I only have some temporary crashes with Signal (which is the app I use the most with my email client and the browser).
