Apps in App Lounge not loading

Hi!

I just installed Murena OS on my Fairphone 3+ and in the App Lounge the apps are not installing. I can select them and choose to install but there is no progress at all. Everything stays at 0%. I tried to reset cache and storage and gave permission to install unknown apps but stinn nothing happens.
Is there anything else I can try?

The /e/OS App Lounge combines three things into one supposedly convenient store front (supposedly, because it has a long history of acting up for users, sadly):

• The Google Play Store
  This part of App Lounge is modeled after Aurora Store, an Open Source client for the genuine Google Play Store, additionally providing anonymous access to it (without one’s own Google account). App Lounge does the same things in the same way.
  (Aurora Store is a popular workaround or replacement when App Lounge acts up in this part. In contrast to App Lounge it tends to work consistently well, mysteriously.)
• F-Droid
  App Lounge includes the F-Droid catalog of free and Open Source Apps.
  (F-Droid is a popular workaround or replacement when App Lounge acts up in this part. And it can be used to install Aurora Store.)
• PWAs (Progressive Web Apps)
  PWAs are just websites prepared to be displayed without the browser user interface to make them look like Apps.
  Browsers can be used to “install” or “put to home screen” the currently viewed website, achieving the same thing.
