I ordered and paid for a 3D printed fairphone case through the Fairphone site. The 3D print company have processed my order and are now requesting payment also… have I missed something? I paid already and have the confirmation.

Hey thanks. Silly me, it turned out that they just wanted payment for the shipping. It didn’t say that on screen so it was a bit confusing but their operative got back to me in the end.
