When i try to use zoom while taking videos, it is lagging and even freezes the picture. This occours every time, and is very distinct when taking videos with a third party app, like snapchat. Then it is unbearable. Do any others have the same issue? I have tried following fairphone’s guide, but it did not help.

Can you please tell us, which phone, which OS and which app you are using?

Oh, sorry. It regards the fairphone 6 (Android iOS). I mainly experience the problem using snapchat, but also instagram and Messenger. (When i use them to record a video)
Do you mean the Fairphone OS? Because iOS is for iPhones 
? Which version is installed?
Do you have the same problems using the stock camera app?
