Will Fairphone follow of with Googles demands to make downloading Third party apps slower?

Google will start making making the download process of third party apps much slower and more expensive.

I am still on iPhone and i really want to switch back to Android

But I used and will use a lot of third party apps from F-droid and Obsidian for my daily use

Will Fairphone’s Android follow Googles new policy in (from the time of posting) in 80 days?
