This is a community forum, you will not reach the Fairphone Support team here, “only” the Fairphone Community.
But please read this post to find out how to receive a fast answer from support.
PS: Just from the title it seems like you need a display replacement, but if you think the community might be able to help you please give us a more detailed description of your issue.
