My loud speaker crackles, but only the one for phone calls, when holding the phone close to the ear. When turning on the “real” loud speaker the sound quality is fine. These are apparently two different speakers.
I would like to replace the speaker for calls. So, what do I have to buy? The “Top module”? Or “loud speaker module”?

Yes, that would be the Top Module.
By the way, there is an extensive set of hardware tests built into your FP3. Dial this number (in your telephone app) to unlock the full set (without the gaps, I just inserted them so the characters would actually show and not create effects): * # * # 6 6 # * # *
