Where is my Fairphone case? I paid for it three weeks ago!

I am hoping Fairphone read these post because I tried emailing and nobody even bothered to reply!

I ordered a snowflake glow in the dark phone case, but have not had as much as an acknowledgement to my order, but the money has been taken.
What’s going on?

Yes, but that is exactly my point… I have tried that and no-one even bothered to acknowledge receipt!
